Sarah joined Wendover Fitness as a business administrator to help with the running of the company from behind the scenes. Sarah comes from a successful London-based project management career, with extensive skills in marketing, finance and PR. After the birth of her two children, she sought work in the local community and found the perfect match in Wendover Fitness, which had been supporting her desire to find opportunities to exercise alongside the demands of parenthood. 
Sarah is a keen horse rider and fan of our HIIT and Pilates classes, and can often be seen showing her face at a variety of different Wendover Fitness classes.
 


Nicki has a passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness, motivating others to achieve their goals. 
​She has 13 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching classes locally and working for David Lloyd Leisure.
Nicki is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, and has trained in many disciplines including indoor cycling, boxing, kettlebells, suspension training, aqua fitness, core strength, pilates moves, functional fitness, weight training classes, and yoga moves. ​She is a Nordic Walking instructor, and is is pre & post natal trained.

 

​Mel heads up Wendover Fitness and is passionate about keeping fit. She understands the challenges of trying to exercise alongside pressurised careers, parenthood and people who are generally time poor. 
Mel is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer, Run England instructor, Nordic Walking instructor and qualified Boxercise trainer. She is also trained to teach kettlebells and circuits.
Mel is always available and eager to chat with people about their exercise needs and questions, so why not give her a call, drop her an email, or approach her during any of her classes?

Local community

Socialising is integral to Wendover Fitness and we arrange nights out, giving you the chance to meet like-minded people, get out of the lycra and dress up. 

​We also take a keen interest in the local community and support local events and charities wherever possible.

Emma joined Wendover Fitness as a highly experienced level 4 personal trainer. Sport and fitness has always played a big part in Emma's life and she has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. She holds a number of fitness qualifications including Pilates and Circuits instruction and is a qualified nutritionalist for weight management. In addition to this, Emma is a Level 4 exercise specialist in lower back pain exercise and is able to except referrals from G.P.'s, osteopaths, physiotherapists and chiropractors for clients to attend 1:1 back pain exercise sessions at our studio. 


Xenia joined Wendover Fitness as Nordic Walking Instructor. As an experienced walker she has enjoyed many trail walks in the UK and abroad and is keen to promote the fitness and well-being benefits that walking brings. Previously she has been part of the leadership team supporting a Stoke Mandeville Hospital diabetics walking group. 
Xenia has been a very active client of Wendover Fitness for several years, enjoying the flexibility that we offer which enables her to fit outdoor exercise in alongside her busy work schedule as a self employed consultant.



Sandy joined Wendover Fitness as a Nordic Walking Instructor. As a qualified physiotherapist with over fifteen years experience in the health care sector, she is keen and passionate about facilitating health and well-being for everyone, regardless of their abilities or limitations. Her motto for Nordic Walking is, "if you can walk, then you can Nordic Walk".
